 Jerry Singleton – President, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer

Jerry Singleton has been Chairman of the Board and CEO of Signal Securities, Inc. since 1988.
Mr. Singleton is a native of Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is a graduate of the University of Tulsa (1962) and the University of Southern California (1973) with a B.S. degree in Aeronautical Engineering and an M.S. in Management, respectively. He spent 20 years on active duty with the U.S. Air Force and he served the majority of his career as an experimental test pilot on fighter-type aircraft. He also spent one year in Southeast Asia, where he flew 225 combat missions and was awarded the Silver Star and two Distinguished Flying Crosses. In addition to his military career, Mr. Singleton also has experience in flight-testing civilian twin engine executive jet aircraft. He retired from the Air Force in October 1982 as a Lieutenant Colonel.
Following his military career, Mr. Singleton elected to pursue his second love, investing. This career change led him to acquire Signal Securities, Inc. Since his acquisition of the firm, Signal has become a Registered Investment Advisor and a Texas registered insurance agency, in addition to already being a FINRA registered broker/dealer.
Mr. Singleton is a registered principal with FINRA, an investment advisor representative with Signal and an insurance agent. He actively participates in financial planning and consulting with individuals and corporations. He has lived in the Ft. Worth/Arlington area since 1978 and is an active member of First Christian Church of Ft. Worth, The Air Force Association and the Order of Daedalians.
